Aviation is the practical aspect or art of aeronautics, being the design, development, production, operation and use of aircraft, especially heavier than air aircraft. Education qualification required to apply for various post is 10th, 12th, diploma and any UG/PG graduate degree. A person needs to have good communication skills so that they can communicate with other aircraft and the aircraft control department. He should be a risk taker since there are times when things do not work as planned and they have to be a quick decision maker and decide what to do best by applying their own brain. Candidates gets hired in just flying the aircraft for government run airlines or in Military. Those who get hired in Military have to fly Fighters Aircraft, Ground Attack Aircraft, Bombers, Transport Aircraft, Surveillance and reconnaissance aircraft etc.
