Applications are invited for filling up of post of Director, Lala Ram Sarup Institute of Tuberculosis & Respiratory Diseases, Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi :
Director
Age : i) Not exceeding 58 years for direct recruitment/deputation as on last date of receipt of applications. ii) Age of superannuation: 62 years
Eligibility Conditions:
i) A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (Persons possessing qualifications included in Part II of third schedule should also fulfill the conditions, specified in sub-section (3) of Section 13 of the Act).
ii) A recognized PG qualification in Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases/Tuberculosis and Chest Diseases/Allied Specialty (which shall include (a) Clinical Pathology (b) Medicine (c) Microbiology (d) Cardio Thoracic Surgery (e) Pulmonary Medicine (f) Preventive and Social Medicine).
iii) Research, Teaching and Clinical experience of not less than 18/16 years after PG Diploma/Degree.
iv) at least 5 years experience of running an important teaching/training/research institution either as its Head or Head of Department in SAG scale of PB-4 `37400-67000/-+Grade Pay 10,000/- or 10 years’ experience as Professor or equivalent.
v) Must be registered with the Central/State Medical Council
