1) Pharmacist - 02 (UR -02 SC-NIL ST-NIL & OBC- NIL)
Qualification : (Pass 10+2 with Science or equivalent with 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy & registration in Indian Pharmacy Council or State Pharmacy Council).
Pay Scale :Rs. 10160/- P.M.
Age limit : 20 - 35 years.
2) Lab Technician - 03 (UR -02,ST- 01,SC- NIL,OBC-NIL)
Qualification : (Pass B.Sc. with Bio-chemistry/Micro Biology/ Life Science or equivalent + Diploma in Medical Lab Technology or Equivalent or B.Sc. in Medical Technology (Lab.) from any recognized University/Institution.
Pay Scale : Rs. 10160/- P.M.
Age limit : 18 - 33 years.
3) Radiographer/X-Ray Technician - 03 (UR-01,SC- 01,ST-NIL,OBC -01)
Qualification : (Passed 10+2 with physics & Chemistry and 2 yrs Diploma in Radiography/X-Ray Tech/ Radios Diagnosis Technology; Preference will be given to B.Sc. with 2 yrs Diploma in Radiography/X-Ray Tech./Radio Diagnosis Technology.
Pay Scale : Rs. 10160/- P.M.
Age limit : 19 - 33 years
4) Health & Malaria Inspector - 03 (UR- 01,SC- NIL,ST-NIL,OBC-02)
Qualification : (Pass B.Sc. with Chemistry/Biology with Diploma in Health/Sanitation.
Pay Scale : Rs. 17145/- P.M.
Age limit : 18 to 33 years
5) Staff Nurse - 05 (UR- 03, SC- NIL, ST- 01,OBC- 01)
Qualification : ( 3 years Diploma in GNM or B.Sc (Nursing) from any Nursing School or Institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council + Registration as Nurse & Midwife from any State Nursing Council.
Pay Scale : Rs.17655/- P.M.
Age limit : 20 - 35 years.
