Applications are invited for the following posts :

  1. Deputy Adviser (Power) - 01

    2. Pay Scale : (PB-3) Rs.15,600-39,100 + Grade pay Rs.7,600/-

    Qualification : Essential : Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or Master’s Degree in Physics/ C hemistry/ Mathematics of a recognized University or equivalent.
    Desirable : i) Master’s Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or Doctorate Degree in the relevant Science subjects of Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics of a recognize d University or equivalent. ii) Familiarity with problems of long term physical and financial planning in the field of power generation. iii) Knowledge of electricity economics in relation to forecasting of dem and, distribution and pricing. iv) Experience of techno-economic evaluation, appraisal of projects/ prog rammes/ detailed project reports.

    Age limit : 50 years

  2. Senior Research Officer (Natural Science) - 01

    3. Qualification : Essential : A. Master's Degree in Physics or Chemistry or Mathematics (including statistics) or Botany or Zoolog y of a recognized University or equivalent.
    Desirable : : i) A Research Degree in natural sciences. ii) Planning of scientific programmes.

    Pay Scale : (PB-3) Rs.15,600-39,100 + Grade pay Rs.6,600/-

    Age limit : 45 years

  3. Research Officer (Monitoring Agriculture) - 01

    4. Qualification : Master's Degree in Agriculture of a recognized
    University or equivalent

    Pay Scale : (PB-3) Rs.15,600-39,100 + Grade pay Rs.5,400/-

    Age limit : 35 years
