No.CJM(N)/ tO2 Dated, Nagaon the 2" March/2026.

Applications from suitable candidates are hereby invited for
filling up the post of Head Administrative Officer to the C.J.M./ Head
Assistant in the Scale of Pay Rs. 22,000/- to 87,000/- + Grade Pay Rs.
10,300/- P.M. plus other allowances admissible in the Establishment of Chief
Judicial Magistrate, Nagaon, District - Nagaon (Assam). The candidates are required
to have at least 10 (Ten) years of experience in the service as Upper Division
Assistant or Supervisory Assistant of the Establishment of Chief Judicial Magistrate
within the State of Assam as on 01.03.2026.

The intending candidates shall submit their application in
Standard form as Published in the Assam Gazette in Part-IX along with other
particulars through proper channel to the Office of the undersigned so as to reach
this office on or before 16.03.2026 till 05.00 P.M. No applications received
thereafter will be entertained and this office will not be responsible for any
postal delay.

The candidates are asked to visit official website of Nagaon
District Judiciary (www.nagaon.dcourts.gov.in) for detailed information regarding the
list of candidates eligible to appear in the interview on the date and place to be fixed
later on.

No individual call letter shall be issued separately to the
candidates.

The candidates shall have to appear before the selection board
for interview at their own expense as and when call for.
