It is proposed to conduct a Walk-in Interview for Teaching Associate in the Department

of Agricultural Extension at Agricultural College, Bapatla on contract as full time basis.

1. Post : Teaching Associate
2. Name of the Department : Agricultural Extension
3. No. of Posts * 1 No;
4. Duration of the post : 11 months from date of joining / filling of regular
post, whichever is earlier
5. Essential Qualifications : a) Ph.D. in the relevant subject
or
Master’s degree in relevant subject with Experience for
at least 3 years of respective teaching/ research
experience as evidenced from Fellowship / Associate
ship / Training / Other engagements.
b) Bachelor’s Degree of 4/5 years in Agriculture having
first division or equivalent overall grade point average
c) Published One research paper in Science Citation Index
(SCD/NAAS rated (> 4.0) Journal.
6. Remuneration : a) Rs. 61,000/- + HRA for Master’s Degree holders.

7. Upper Age Limit : 40 years for Men
45 years for Women
8. Date and Time of Interview : 10.03.2026 10:00 a.m.

B) Terms and Conditions:

1) The Individual is engaged purely on temporary and contractual basis which will be
terminated after completion of 11 months (or) filling of regular staff, whichever is earlier.

2) The incumbent shall not have any claim (or) shall have any right to claim for any regular
appointment in University / any government organization.

3) The incumbent shall not have any claim (or) shall have any right for further continuation of
contractual service.

4) Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification of the candidature
at the time of selection (or) termination even during the contractual engagement period.

5) Contractual engagements can be terminated at any time without prior notice or assigning any
reason thereof.

6) The engaged persons may also leave the contractual service on their own by giving one-
month notice, otherwise to be paid one-month salary before leaving.

7) The selected candidates will be required to undergo medical examination at their own
expenses as per the rules for ensuring their physical fitness before appointment.

8) No T.A. & D.A. will be given to the candidates appearing for interview.

9) The decision of the selection committee for the above post will be final and binding in all
respects.

10) The Associate Dean has right to cancel or postpone the interviews for the said post, for the

said date due to any unavoidable circumstances / reason thereof.
