How to Download Status and Admit Card?

  1. Visit the official website rrbapply.gov.in or use the direct link above.
  2. Click on the “Apply” tab or “Already Have an Account?” section.
  3. Log in using your registered Email Address / Mobile Number and Password.
  4. Enter the Captcha code to access your dashboard.
  5. View your status: Provisionally Accepted, Accepted with Conditions, or Rejected (with reasons).
  6. Save the status for your reference.

Note: The Admit Card is usually released 4 days before the exam. Keep checking the portal for the admit card download link.

  • Simple Blue/Black ballpoint pen.

Important Instructions

  • Reporting Time: Reach the center at least 45-60 minutes before the reporting time mentioned on the admit card.
  • Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, smartwatches, electronic devices, calculators, books, and bags are strictly prohibited.
  • Aadhaar Verification: Mandatory biometric verification will be conducted at the center.
  • Admit Card: Digital/mobile copies are usually not accepted; carry a hard copy.

What if my application status is rejected?

If your application is rejected, the portal will display the specific reason. Review the reason carefully. If it is due to a technical error or discrepancy, contact the regional RRB helpdesk immediately.

What if the photo on the admit card is missing or blurred?

If the photo on the downloaded admit card is missing or unclear, you must carry two extra passport-size photographs to the exam center. The invigilator will paste the photograph and attest it.

Can I carry a digital copy of the admit card on my phone?

No, RRB generally requires a printed/hard copy of the admit card. It is highly recommended to carry a physical printout to avoid any issues at the entry gate.

Is there a negative marking in the RRB JE CBT 1 exam?
