AlIMS Bibinagar is an apex healthcare institute, established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY). The application is invited in preseribed format from Indian Nationals for the post of Senior Resident as per Govt. of India Resideney Scheme for the tenure period up to 3 years for the departments mentioned as under:
1. Position: Senior Residents
2. Pay Scale: 67700/- (Level 11, Cell No. 01 As per 7th CPC) plus usual allowances including NPA
3. No of Posts: 8
4. Qualification: a. A Postgraduate Medical degree viz. MD/ MS/ DM/ M.Ch/ DNB in their respective disciplines from a recognized university / institution/ or equivalent
5. Note: Candidates having MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine can apply for the post of Senior Resident in the department of General Medicine/ Anesthesia.

Selection Procedure
1. Written examination may be conducted when number of applicants are more than three times than the number of posts advertised
2. However, there will be no written test for the post against which less number of applications are received than the vacancies
3. Director, AlIMS. Bibinagar shall have the discretion to decide for which post, written examination to be conducted and for which post there will be no written examination and his decision will be final
4. The merit list (selected and waiting list)for all categories i.e UR/EWS/OBC/SC/ST shall be prepared on the basis of combined marks of written test and personal interview or only Personal Interview.
5. Any vacancy arising because of non-joining by selected candidates in this selection or by resignation of candidates, post will be offered to the candidates from waiting list according to the merit panel.
6. All applicants must provide latest mobile numbers and e-mail for timely communication. For qualification /Reservation/Selection Procedure/Emolument/date of Interview and other latest details, candidates are advised to visit AlIMS, Bibinagar website regularly.
7. Selected Candidate will be expected to stay in Institute Campus if offered residential accommodation.

2. Candidates may send the duly filled application form with receipt of application fee through to this Email i.e. form [email protected] along with the soft copy of original certificates as indicated below by 12 May 2022
3. The candidates reporting for walk in interview for the post of Senior Residents shall bring two copies of submitted application form, fee payment receipt and true copies of documents indicated above.

AIIMS, Bibinagar is one of the apex healthcare institutes being established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India under the PMSSY. To facilitate the creation of very important institutions in the country, the Government of India has legislated AIIMS Act under which AIIMS are established. In terms of the provisions of the Act, these new AIIMS are called Institutes of National Importance and are to function as Autonomous Institutions under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
AIIMS, Bibinagar Hyderabad Metropolitan Region (HMR) (Telangana )was denoted as "Phase-VII" of PMSSY. It makes its beginning in 2019. The institute is located on a 200-acre area on Hyderabad- Warangal Highway (NH-163), Yadadri Bhuvanagiri (District). The first batch of MBBS comprising 50 students was started on 27.08.2019.
