Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the temporary position of Project Fellow to work in the Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA 2.0) sponsored thematic research project “Component 10: Research, Innovation and Quality Improvement” – Biological Sciences under the supervision of Dr. S. Umamaheswari, Department of Environmental Biotechnology, School of Environmental Sciences, Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli - 620024.

3. Title of the Project : Development of marine Seaweeds based nano-particles for the delivery of chemotherapeutic drugs and peptides for cancer therapy
4. Area of work : Nanoparticle Synthesis, Cancer Biology
5. Duration : 2Years The position is purely temporary, with an initial appointment for one year, and extendable to one additional year. The position is co-terminus with the project
6. Essential: M.Sc./ M.Phil. (Biological/Biotechnological/Environmental Sciences) with minimum of 60% marks / CGPA 6.1 and above
7. Desired: Knowledge in Cell line studies, Nanoparticles Synthesis and Characterization
8. Fellowship : Rs.14,000/-pm (consolidated)
9. Advertisement: (RUSA 2.0 - Biological Sciences)
