Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Metallurgy (Full Time) from Govt. recognized University/Institute with 65% marks for General/OBC/EWS candidates and 55% marks for SC/ST candidates. Minimum 07 years of post qualification experience in executive cadre in continuous steel casting of any Integrated Steel Plant is essential.

Age Limit: 35 Years.
Selection Procedure: The mode of selection for eligible applicants would be through an Interview.
Application Fee: Application fee for all the posts for General/OBC/EWS candidates is Rs 500/-. No application fee will be charged from SC/ST/PwD.

The Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP), located in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, is India's first and main producer of steel rails, as well as a major producer of wide steel plates and other steel products.
