Educational Qualification:
Essential Qualification for project assistant: B.Sc in Food Technology / Dairy Technology / Meat Technology/ Fish Technology/ Bakery Technology / Food Microbiology/BVoc in Poultry and Meat Technology/ Public Health and other relevant disciplines with minimum 55% marks. Desirable: M.Sc and prior experience in value-added livestock products (Milk/ Meat/Poultry) technology, Fish technology, public health NET/GATE is desirable.
Essential Qualification for project associate: MSc/MTech in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Msc/MTech Food Technology and Dairy Technology, Dairy Sciences, MSc in Microbiology, Public Health with minimum 55% marks.
