5. Duration : Three years extendable upto five years

6. Terms of appointment : On usual terms of deputation for three years subject to Govt.'s approval for exemption to DFCCIL from the rule of immediate absorption

7. Eligibility Criteria : 

a) Junior Manager(HR): Central/ State Government employees working in analogous grade (Level-8) in relevant discipline or holding substantive posts in Level-7 or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 40000- 140000 (IDA) (E 1) with four years' service in that Grade.

b) Senior. Executive(HR): Central/ State Government employees working in analogous grade (Level-7) in relevant discipline holding or substantive posts in Level-6 OR PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 30,000- (IDA) (E()) with four years' service in that Grade.

9 .Specific requirement of Experience : Should have minimum five years' experience of working in Establishment/ HR Department of Indian Railways. Experience in Establishment area like Selection, Promotion, Seniority, Creation of posts, Recruitment, Transfer, Disciplinary cgses, Court cases, Service matters, Grievances, Settlement dues, Pay and allowances etc. Should have knowledge of working on Computer.
