The Deendayal Port, a leading Major Port of India, under the administrative control of Government of India, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, invites applications for filling up the post of Chief Mechanical Engineer, on regular basis by Direct Recruitment ;
1. Post Name: Chief Mechanical Engineer (100000 - 260000)
2. No of Post: 01
3. Essential:-
(i) Degree or equivalent Electrical/ in Mechanical / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Naval Architecture from a recognized university/ institution or MOT 1st Class Motor certificate issued under Merchant Shipping Act. 1958.
4. Experience:-
(ii) Seventeen years' managerial experience in with dealing capacity Mechanical / Electrical / Marine/ Electronics Engg. works, out of which 10 years' experience shall be in workshops undertaking maintenance of cargo handling electrical equipment installation/ ship repairs in any Major Port Trust / Industrial / Govt. Commercial Undertaking.

INR
100000 - 260000(Per Month)
Age Limit: 45 Years (55 years for existing employees of Major Port Trusts possessing prescribed qualifications and experience)

Selection Will be Based either Written Exam/Interview

1. The application may be submitted only through 'Online Application Portal' (OAP) of the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, followed by submission of print out of application as under
2. Eligible and willing Officers are requested to apply in the "Online Application Portal" of the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways(http://onlinevacancy.shipmin.nic.in) by 14/03/2022.
3. The applicant has to register in the Online Application Portal. No Application other than Online Application Portal(OAP) shall be accepted.
4. A printout of the filled application in OAP along with recent passport size photograph affixed on the right hand corner of the printout and self-attested copies of education/ experience/ age certificate(s) shall be forwarded through proper channel to the address below so as to reach on or before 29/03/2022

6. The applications which are received after due date/ not sent through proper channel will not be considered.
