Sub: Filling up of the post of Personnel Officer (Class — l) in Deendayal Port Trust (formerly Kandla Port Trust) by absorption I deputation reg.

Applications are invited for filling up of the post of Personnel Officer, in Deendayal Port Trust, in the Class I scale of pay of Rs.60,000-1,80,000 (pre-revised Rs. 13,000- 18,250), by absorption/deputation method from the eligible and willing Officers of Major Port Trusts, fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Recruitment Rule for the said post.

4. Essential:

(i) Degree from recognised university / institution

(ii) Nine years experience in executive cadre in the field of General Administration, personnel, Industrial Relations etc. in an industrial / commercial / Govt. undertaking.

5. Desirable: Post Graduate degree / in Personnel diploma Management / Industrial Relations/ Social Work/ Labour Welfare or allied subjects or degree in Law from a recognized university / institution.
