Basirhat District Health & Family Welfare Samiti intends to engage on contractual basis for multiple positions in Basirhat Health District.

1. Name of the Post: Staff Nurse

4. Essential Qualification: Completed GNM training course from an institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council/ West Bengal Nursing Council OR The candidate should have completed B. Sc. Nursing Course Must be registered under West Bengal Nursing Council Candidate should have proficiency in local language Candidates must be a permanent resident of West Bengal

Selection Procedure

1. Full Time Medical Officer- NUHM - On the basis of marks obtained for educational qualification and experience a merit list will be prepared- For MO candidates will be selected from merit list prepared according to marks obtained for educational qualification and experience as per vacancy. Scoring: Total 100; 80 (based on % of marks obtain in the final examination of basic qualification) and 10 for PG Degree/ 5 for PG Diploma and 10 for interview

2. Medical Officer- AFHC under RKSK Programme - Scoring: Total 50 marks Qualification- 15 (Graduation- 5, PG Degee-10/ PG Diploma-5) Interview- 10 Experience- 25 (@5 point/year)

3. Executive Assistant - It would be a 2 (Two) stage selection process. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of academic qualification in the ratio of 1:5. Shortlisted candidates would have to appear for the computer test. Final selection will be made on the basis of total marks obtained in both academic qualification and computer test. If the marks are equal then preference is to be given to the candidate inter se- senior in age as on the ISt date of the year of the publication of the advertisement. The distribution of marks for both on academic qualification and computer test is mentioned below. Total- 100 marks Computer Test- 70 marks Academic Qualification- 30 marks

4. Counsellor, Anwesha Clinic/ AFHC (only for female candidate) - Total-100 marks

5. Hospital Attendant - Total- 50 marks Matriculation- 35 (in proportion to the marks actually awarded (excluding marks of additional subject) in each examination as percentage upto two decimal point) Experience- 10 Interview- 5

6. Sanitary Attendant - Total- 50 marks Matriculation- 35 (in proportion to the marks actually awarded (excluding marks of additional subject) in each examination as percentage upto two decimal point) Experience- 10 Interview- 5

7. Psychiatric Nurse/ Community Nurse - It may be two stage selection processes 1. Screening of documents, 2. Walk-in-interview. Final selection will be made on the basis of total marks obtained in academic qualification (weighted) experience and interview.

8. Peer Supporter - It may be two stage selection processes 1. Screening of documents, 2. Interview Final selection will be made on the basis of total marks obtained in academic qualification (weighted) and interview. The distribution of marks on the academic qualification and interview is mentioned below Total- 100 marks

9. District Manager (Public Health) - Scoring- 250 (Total) Written Test- 200 marks It will consist of 50 questions, which will be of single best response type MCQ. The duration of the test will be 60 minutes. The syllabus for the written examination will comprise of reasoning ability, comprehension, general awareness, numerical ability, data interpretation, computer knowledge, managerial skills, logical thinking and public health. The candidates will be given 4 marks for a correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for an incorrect answer. Multiple answer response against a question will be treated as incorrect answer. No marks will be deducted for questions not attempted Computer Test- 40 marks Interview- 10 marks

10. District PPM Coordinator - Scoring Parameter (Total 50 marks) - Applicants should have at least 50% marks in all requisite qualification. A short-list is to be prepared for each category of post according to merit based on the marks obtained is essential/ preferential qualification and experience etc. Marks on academic career are to be allotted from Madhyamik and onwards to requisite qualification. Proportionate marking is to be done as per instruction given below in item No. (i) During calculation, marks of additional subject cannot be considered. No work during any course/ study can be considered as experience. Marks of experience will be distributed as follows in item No. (ii)

11. . Laboratory Technician- NTEP - Scoring Parameter (Total 50 marks) - Applicants should have at least 50% marks in all requisite qualification. A short-list is to be prepared for each category of post according to merit based on the marks obtained is essential/ preferential qualification and experience etc. Marks on academic career are to be allotted from Madhyamik and onwards to requisite qualification. Proportionate marking is to be done as per instruction given below in item No. (i) During calculation, marks of additional subject cannot be considered. No work during any course/ study can be considered as experience. Marks of experience will be distributed as follows in item No. (ii)

12. Lab Technician (Blood Bank) - Scoring: Total 100 marks Written Test- 70 Test of Computer knowledge- 20 Interview- 10

13. VDB Technical Supervisor - Total- 100 marks

14. Staff Nurse - Total Marks- 100 (Based on % of marks obtain in the qualifying examination)
