Educational Qualification: Relevant University qualification in a Management discipline (Business Administration/Rural Development or equivalent) with at least two (02) years of professional working experience. Graduate in any stream with at least five (05 years) of professional working experience in the area of microenterprise promotion/working with communities. Recent pass outs from premier Institutes (IRMA, TISS, EDII, NIRD, XIMB etc with Post Graduate qualifications may also be considered for the position as Young Professionals The candidate must have experience in micro enterprise promotion or working with community institutions. Experience of promoting collectives/producer companies is an added advantage. The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, computer literacy and good communication ability.
