Experience:
a. Minimum 15 years of experience in HR matters of FIs / Public Sector Banks.
b. Experience of providing advisory services in HR matters of Banks.
c. Thorough knowledge and understanding of reservation policies, transfer-related guidelines, other Govt. guidelines as also various other statutory guidelines (viz. RBI, IBA, CVO, etc) applicable to FIs / Public Sector Banks.
d. Retired as GM / CGM – HR of Public Sector Banks / RBI / or equivalent post in a large Pvt. Sector Banks.
