Educational Qualification: 10TH
Federal Bank, one of India’s leading Private Sector Banks is inviting application from candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria prescribed (as detailed below) for the post of Part Time Sweeper (PTS) to fill up the requirements identified in the notified Branches / Offices of the Bank.
1. Name of the Post: Part Time Sweeper (PTS)
2. Educational Qualication (as on 01.01.2022) - Candidates should have studied Standard I but not have passed SSLC/10th standard or equivalent examination.
3. Residential Status - Candidates should be a permanent resident within 20 KMS from the notified Branch / Office or within the same Panchayat / Municipality / Corporation / Metropolitan city where the notified Branch / Office is situated.
4. Probation Period: Candidates selected for the post of Part Time Sweeper will be on probation for a period of 6 months. The period of probation is liable to be extended, and / or the employment is liable to be terminated, if the candidate fails to complete the period of probation satisfactorily.
5. Basic Pay And Other Emoluments: Presently the starting Basic Pay (applicable to PTS) is ranging from `4,833 to `10,875 depending upon the carpet area of Branch / Office where the candidate is deployed. The selected candidates will also be eligible for DA, HRA, Health Insurance and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time.
6. Notified Branches / Offices: Recruitment notification will be published in the Notice Board of the notified Branches / Offices.
7. Location: Candidates selected shall be posted in any of the Branches/Offices of the Bank and is liable to be transferred to any Branches/Offices depending upon the administrative requirements.

Selection Procedure
1. The selection process will comprise of Personal Interview or any other mode of selection to be decided by the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to shortlist only the requisite number of candidates in the Personal Interview based on the administrative requirements.
2. The mode of the selection process will be depending upon the prevailing situation / number of candidates / discretion of the Bank. Candidates shall note that Marks / Ratings secured by the candidates during the selection process will be confidential and the same will not be disclosed to the candidates.
3. The decision of the Bank with respect to the qualifying criteria in the selection stage will be final and binding on the candidates. Eligible candidates have to appear for the Personal Interview at their own expenses at the venue and date notified by the Bank. Personal Interview of the eligible candidates will be scheduled at various centres across the country at the discretion of the Bank.
