The Cadre Controlling Authorities are requested to forward the applications of willing officers received by them, along with photocopies of APARS/ACRS of last five years duly attested by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary, in the prescribed proforma given in Annexure 3, to the Under Secretary, Ad. IC Branch, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, North Block, New Delhi - 110001, within 15 days from the date of receipt of applications by the Candidates.
