Educational Qualification:
1. Doctorate/ Master's Degree in the field of Happiness studies or Positive Psychology or allied areas.
2. Teaching/ training and/ or Life Coaching experience of a minimum of three years and passion for teaching and research.
3. Mentorship support on motivation, psychology, career options, self-employment, entrepreneurship, organization development, and handholding will be preferred.
