The Haryana State Rural Livelihood Mission (HSRLM), was established on 24th May 2011, The Society functions as the apex coordinating organization for the implementation of, National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM).

The Society works for the empowerment of the poor and for poverty reduction by focusing on livelihood of poor and vulnerable section of the society in rural areas. Haryana State Rural Livelihood Mission (HSRLM), function its exercise overall responsibility for management of project on behalf of the Government of State with a Framework of Project / Mission Guideline / Planning and Monitoring to make rural community self reliance and self dependence.
