3. Essential Educational &Technical Qualification: Passed 10th Class with Science and Mathematics under 10+2 system of Education or its Equivalent. ITI Certificate, National Trade Certificate, National Trade Certificate issued by National Council For Vocational Training (NCVT) (Passed only in 2019, 2020, 2021).

4. Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Mechanic (R&AC), Electroplater, Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA), Stenographer & Secretarial Assistant (English): Passed 10th Class under 10+2 system of Education or its Equivalent. - ITI Certificate, National Trade Certificate, National Trade Certificate issued by National Council For Vocational Training (NCVT) (Passed only in 2019, 2020, 2021

5. Painter (General), Welder (Gas & Electric): Passed 8th Class from recognized School. - ITI Certificate, National Trade Certificate, National Trade Certificate issued by National Council For Vocational Training (NCVT) (Passed only in 2019, 2020, 2021

6. Stipend & Period of Training:

i., Stipend will be paid to the Apprentices per month as per rule. The period of Apprenticeship Training will be One Year only

ii. After completion of Apprenticeship Training, the Apprenticeship Contracts will be closed and there will be No obligation on the part of HAL to offer any employment.

Selection Procedure

1. The Selection for Engagement of Apprentices will be based on 100% Merit basis, taking into consideration 70% Weightage of Total Aggregate Marks secured in the 10th class & 30% weightage of Total Aggregate Marks secured in the ITI Examination.

2. Reservation will be applied as per Apprentice Act 1961.

3. The Notification is available in HAL, Korwa, Amethi LAN/WAN/Notice Boards and in Careers Section in the HAL website https://hal-india.co.in

How to Apply:

1. The applicants are advised to register to get the Registration Number in the portal; https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in and must indicate the Registration Number in Application Form.

2. Fill the Excel File (Application Form) carefully as per the instruction sheet. ‘Incomplete & Wrongly Filled Application Form are liable to be rejected

3. Incomplete Application Forms or applications sent in other than prescribed Excel File viz. MS Word/PDF/JPG etc. will not be accepted.

4. Applications sent through E-mail will only be accepted. Please send only application Form in the prescribed Excel File and HAL Dependents Format (if applicable) through E-mail. Do not attach any other document related to educational qualification along with Application Form.

5. The last date for sending application form through E-mail is 06/12/2021. The E-mail sent after 06/12/2021 will not be accepted.
