Educational Qualification:
(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or With five years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in LeveI-11 in the pay matrix or equivalant in the parent cadre or department; AND
(ii) Possessing total ten years experience in administration, establishment and accounts matters.
