1. Post Name: Private Secretary- One post

2. Salary: Pay band-2 (Pre-revised Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4600/-)

3. Essential Qualifications Deputation:

a. By promotion of Personal Assistant who have completed at least three years continuous and regular service in the PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- & combined and continuous regular service of 15 years as Personal Assistant and Stenographer Gr-lll (PB-5200-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs.2400/-.

b. The period of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed three years. The Maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of application.

3. Essential Qualifications Deputation:

By deputation of Steno Gr-lll working in other ICAR Institute on regular basis; or with ten years regular service in the Steno-Gr-lll (PB-I, Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.2400/-) or equivalent. The period of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed three years.
