Educational Qualification: M.E/M.Tech

Applications are invited from motivated and eligible candidates for the two positions of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) in a research project entitled “On-chip Control of Polarization and Delay in Arrayed Waveguide Grating” sponsored by Ministry of Electronics and Informaiton Technology (MEITY), Government of India. Selected candidates will be involved in design, fabrication (using electronic micro-fabrication technologies) and optical characterization of on-chip photonic devices.

3. Duration: Initial appointment is for one year, which is extendable further based on performance. Selected candidates may be considered for admission to PhD Programme as a regular full-time scholar at IIT Indore

4. Essential Qualification: M.E./M.Tech. in relevant branch of Electronics/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Microelectronics/ Optoelectronics/ Nanotechnology/ VLSI Design/Microwave Egineering with a GATE score and preferably with two years of research experience.
