Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Pondicherry from candidates fulfilling the following eligibility conditions to work as "Clinical Trial Coordinator'' on contract basis.
1. Name of the Post: Clinical trial coordinator
2. No of Post: 01
3. Essential : MBBS/BSc Nursing (proof to be submitted). Minimum one year of experience in conducting clinical trials (proof to be submitted). Ability to converse and read Tamil.
4. Desirable: Additional training in clinical trials. Pharmaceutical sponsored clinical trials. GCP training (to produce certificate). Recruitment of subjects in clinical trials.
5. Contractual Remuneration: Rs. 25,000/- (consolidated) per month

Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) can trace its origins to the ‘Ecole de Medicine de Pondicherry’ established by the French Government in 1823. In 1956 foundation for new medical college was laid and in 1964, hospital was inaugurated. JIPMER became an institution of national importance under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India in the year 2008. It is an institution established for teaching, research and patient care in the area of health. JIPMER spreads over 192 acres. The institution houses one administrative block, one academic centre, one nursing college, seven hospital blocks, seven accessory services buildings and four residential complexes. 12 broad types of medical, nursing and allied health science courses covering all disciplines in healthcare from basic to super speciality training are conducted.
Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) is a medical school located in Pondicherry. JIPMER imparts undergraduate and postgraduate medical training & has a working hospital which provides inexpensive medical care to patients. Undergraduate courses include MBBS, BSc (Medical Laboratory Technology), BMRSc (Bachelor of Medical Record Science). BSc (Nursing). Postgraduate courses like MD, MS, and a diploma in many specialties, MSc in Medical Biochemistry and Ph.D. in several subjects. Super-specialty courses include MCh in cardiothoracic surgery, urology, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, pediatric surgery, gastrointestinal surgery and DM in cardiology, neurology, urology, neonatology, clinical pharmacology and immunohematology.
