Skills / Eligibility

Subject:Filling up of the post of “Farmer Change Agent” on contractual basis at fixed salary of Rs. 12,000/- per month (including EPF+ESI) at KVK, Nurmahal, Jalandhar.

i. It is proposed to fill up one “Farmer Change Agent (FCA) @ Rs. 12,000/- per month fixed (including EPF @12%+ and any change for time to time)) on contractual basis under the scheme, Promotion of Agricultural Mechanization for in-situ management of crop residue in the state of Punjab” under ICAR-142(PC-2468) at KVK, Nurmahal, Jalandhar for a period up to 31.03.2022 or till the termination of scheme, possessing the following qualifications:

2. No of Post: 01

3. Salary: Rs. 12,000/- per month fixed (including EPF @12%+ and any change for time to time))

4. Qualifications for “Farmer Change Agent”:

a. The FCA should be Matric with farming background.

b. The FCA should have working knowledge of crop residue management machinery.

c. Punjabi up to Matric level.

5. Desirable: The Candidate having 5 days training from KVK will be preferred.

Selection Will be Based either Written Exam/Interview

1. The desirous candidates fulfilling the above qualifications/experience should send their applications on a plain paper complete in all respect along with attested copies of the testimonials and a bank draft of Rs. 200/- in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana payable at Ludhiana to the address Deputy Director (Trg.), KVK, Nurmahal, Near DIPS School, Distt. Jalandhar.

2. Earlier this post was advertised and the last date of receipt of applications was 11.11.2021 vide memo no. 3265-3364 dated 28.10.2021

3.Now the date for receipt of applications has been exteneded upto 22.11.2021. The applications received without fees or received after due date shall not be considered.

4. The verification of the documents of the candidates will be held on 23.11.2021 at 11.30 A.M. at KVK, Nurmahal, and Jalandhar.

5. The original copies of the testimonials should be brought at the time of verification. No TA/DA will be given for attending the verification.
