Eligibility for Professor (Engineering & Technology)

• Essential Qualification: As per AICTE norms (Table-1 & 2). Ph.D. degree in relevant field and minimum qualifications specified in Table-1.
• Experience: Minimum 16 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, with at least 4 years at a post equivalent to Associate Professor. Guided at least 2 Ph.D. students. At least 10 research publications in SCI/Scopus/WoS indexed journals.
• Desirable: B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D. from IITs/IISc/NITs; Research projects from external agencies; Patents; MOOC course development.

Eligibility for Associate Professor (Engineering & Technology)

• Essential Qualification: As per AICTE norms (Table-1 & 2). Ph.D. degree in relevant field and minimum qualifications specified in Table-1.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, with at least 2 years Post-Ph.D. experience. Desirable: Guided at least 1 Ph.D. student. At least 6 research publications in SCI/Scopus/WoS indexed journals.
• Desirable: B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D. from IITs/IISc/NITs; Research projects; Patents; MOOC course development.

Eligibility for Assistant Professor (Engineering & Technology)

• Essential Qualification: As per AICTE norms (Table-1). Ph.D. degree in relevant field (or completing by 30th June 2026). B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. with first class.
• Experience & Research:
  Entry Level/Stage-I: At least 02 Research Publications in SCI/Scopus/WoS indexed journals.
  Stage-II: 04 years at Stage-I + 02 Research Publications + 2 SWAYAM/NPTEL courses + 2 Week Industrial Training.
  Stage-III: 04 years at Stage-II + 02 Research Publications + 2 SWAYAM/NPTEL courses + 2 Week Industrial Training.
• Desirable: B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D. from IITs/IISc/NITs; Research projects; Patents.

Eligibility for Student Counsellor (Female)

• Essential Qualification: Ph.D. in Counselling/Psychology/Clinical Psychology/Sociology/Social work/Mental health/Psychiatry/Human Development OR Master's degree with 55% marks in relevant subject.
• Experience: Preference given to candidates with Professional Experience as Student Counsellor/Equivalent. Training in Counselling techniques.
• Desirable: Experience in counselling students of competitive residential Institutes; Administrative experience; Social work with clinical experience; Proficiency in psychological counselling, group therapy, workshops.

Eligibility for Sports Officer (Female)

• Essential Qualification (Option A): Ph.D. in Physical Education and Sports/Physical Education/Sports Science OR Master's degree with 55% marks in relevant field + Record of representing University/College at Inter-university/Inter-collegiate/State/National championships + Passed physical fitness test.
  (Option B): Asian Games or Commonwealth Games medal winner with at least Post-Graduation degree.
• Experience: Working experience in Institute/University/Organizations of repute.
• Desirable: Diploma in Sports Coaching; Proficiency in more than one game.

Eligibility for Personal Assistant (PA)

• Essential Qualification: First Class graduate and professionally qualified Company Secretary (CS).
• Desirable Experience: Experience as Personal Secretary/Personal Assistant/Equivalent with Vice Chancellor/top management.

Eligibility for Professor of Practice

• Essential Qualification: Distinguished industry experts with remarkable contributions. At least 15 years of service/experience, preferably at a senior level.
• Experience: Not open to those in teaching profession (serving or retired).
• Desirable: Expertise in Artificial Intelligence/Data Science/Machine Learning/Robotics/IoT. Contribution in research/innovation (Publications/Patents).
