Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E, Diploma, M.Sc, MCA
Applications are invited to the following post, on temporary contract basis for a period of one year as detailed below:
1. Post Name: Senior Hardware / Network Engineer
2. no. of Post: 02
3. Remuneration: Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) per month.
4. Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech Degree in Computer Science/I.T. OR MCA/M.Sc Computer Science/I.T./3 Year Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Hardware and Maintenance (preference for candidates from Govt.Recognized Institutions. Knowledge in Software Installation and other related fields
5. Experience: Not less than 5 years of experience in Linux Server management (Remote,DMZ) -DB /Application /Web Server tuning for high availability , load balancing, hardening security, patching,disaster recovery, backup managing & configuring- DHCP, DNS, LDAP, , MRTG, SSL, VLAN, Monitoring & Managing Core/Distribution/Access switch(Layer-2/3), Policies, Hardening,Vlan configurations - well versed in RHEL 5.X & 7.X Server Management Tuning, clustering, patching security layer rules applying, configuring & tuning services.

Selection Will be Based either Written Exam/Interview

2. Applicants must have their own valid email id and mobile phone number which should be mentioned in the bio-data. Applications received after the prescribed date will not be considered.
3. Date, time and link for the online interview will be provided to the short listed candidates through their email id/ phone. Those candidates with experience as senior hardware / network engineer in Mahatma Gandhi University need not produce experience certificates.
4. They shall submit the details regarding their service (date of entry, section, work experience, duration etc.) in the University for verification.
