Educational Qualification: Retired Staff

Subject: - Engagement of Consultant in Ravi Beas Water Tribunal (RBWT)-reg.

1. Position : Consultant (SO)

2. No of Post : 01

3. Essential Qualification : Retired at the level of Section Officer or equivalent in Level 8/10 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC with GP Rs.4,800/5,400 as per 6th CPC

4. Work Experience/ Job Profile : Having good working computer knowledge and experience in Administrative/ Establishment/Accounts/ Procurement procedure/ Secretariat matters, RTI, Court Cases

5. Period of engagement The engagement shall be initially for a period of two months which may be extended depending upon the performance of the Consultant or functional requirement of the Office. » No Extension will be granted beyond the age of 65 years.

6. Remuneration A fixed monthly amount shall be admissible, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of contract and there will be no annual increment / percentage increase during the contract period. No DA/HRA, residential accommodation shall be admissible.

7. Transport Allowance An appropriate and fixed amount as Transport Allowance for the purpose of commuting between the residence and the place of work shall be allowed not exceeding the rate applicable to the appointee at the time of retirement. No TA/DA is admissible for joining the assignment or on its completion.

8. Leave The Consultants will be entitled for the paid leave at the rate of 1.5 days for each complete month of service. Accumulation of leave beyond calendar year may not be allowed. In special circumstances, the Consultant could be called for services on holidays or beyond normal working hours for which no extra remuneration will be paid. However, for attending office on Saturday's /Sundays/ Other Gazetted holidays they may be given compensatory off.

3. Essential Qualification : Retired at the level of Assistant or equivalent on Level 6/7 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC with GP Rs. 4,200/4,600.

4. Work Experience/ Job Profile : Having good working computer knowledge and experience in Administrative/Accounts/ Establishment/ Procurement procedure/ Secretariat matters, RTI, Court Cases
