5. Role and Responsibility:
[a] To ensure compliance and corporate governance and to guide the board on various strategic, governance.
[b] Secretarial level works for Board of Directors meeting, Board of Management Meeting, any other committee related meetings starting from drafting of agenda to minutes of the meeting.
[c] Handling Correspondence with the RBI/Regulator/Government Departments etc; on behalf of the Bank in connection with role of Company Secretary.
6. Posting: Bank’s Head Office, Mehsana
7. Remuneration: At par with industry, negotiable
8. Experience: 05- years of working as Secretary to Board
