Educational Qualification: Degree from a recognized University and a diploma in relevant discipline from a recognized Institution. Having knowledge of all Recruitment, Promotions, Legal Matters, Disciplinary Proceedings, Parliament Questions, RTI & General Matters of Administration like Purchase Procedure, etc.
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience as Section Officer in Govt/Semi Govt/PSU/Autonomous Body.

Age Limit: below 65 years.
