Engagement of Project Associates and Scientific Administrative Assistants under Sponsored Projects

i. Applications are invited from the Eligible and Interested candidates for ONLINE INTERVIEW for the following purely temporary positions of Project Associates and Administrative Assistants under Sponsored, Grant-in-aid and consultancy projects at NEERI-MZC (Mumbai Zanal Centre), Mumba

ii. Title: Sponsored, Grant in aid and consultancy projects at NEERI-MZC, Mumbai

1. Post Name: Scientific Administrative Assistant - 01

2. Essential Qualification:

i) B.Com. from a recognized University with min. 65Yo score/CGPA-6.75

ii) Sound knowledge of MS Office; and

iii) Post qualification experience of 2 yrs in similar work as mentioned in the job description

3. Job Description: Stores inventory management To assist scientific staff with procurement of laboratory requirements Official letter drafting Administrative and secretarial tasks

4. Monthly Emoluments: Rs.18,000/- + HRA (as applicable)

ii)Sound knowledge of MS Office and

3. Job Description: Accounting work o Processing of bills, data entry etc.Official letter drafting Administrative and secretarial tasks

4. Monthly Emoluments: Rs.18,000/- + HRA (as applicable)

Selection Procedure

1. The applications shall be suutinized by the screening committee. Any discrepancy/ error found in the application form will disqualiff the candidature.

2. The short-listed candidates shall be intimated by e-mail.

3. The short-listed candidates shall be required to appear for virtual interview.

4. Date of interview, lnterview link and timings shall be communicated to the shortlisted candidates in advance. It is the responsibility of the applicant to check the email inbox and other email folders, regularly.

5. The shortlisted candidates have to be available on the date of interview from 10 A.M. onwards and will be called anytime during the allotted time period. (if any change is there, they will be accordingly intimated)
