Advertisement for the selection of Project Staff (on contract basis) through Walk-in-Interview for the following projects.
1. Designation: Research Associate
2. No. of Post: One
3. Duration: 31st 2023
4. Project/Sub-Project Title: Integrated Management of Water Resources for Quantity and Quality in Upper Yamuna Basin upto Delhi
5. Essential: OR Ph.D degree in Civil Engg./Water Resources/Hydrology/ Natural Resources Management/ Environmental Engg./Soil & Water Conservation Engg. M.E/M.Tech. in Civil Engg./Water Resources/ Hydrology having 3 years of research experience, with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
6. Nature of Work: Field investigations data processing and hydrological modeling.
7. Preference will be given to candidates having experience of programming in Python and hydrological modeling using softwares such as SWAT, HEC-HMS, MIKE HYDRO, MODFLOW etc., work on GIS, statistical analysis, climate change impact analysis.
8. Emoluments: Rs.47,000/-+HRA (as admissible)

2. Candidates can directly attend the walk-in-interview on the prescribed date, time at NIH along with complete bio-data, passport size photograph and original proof of qualification and experience. They must also bring with them self-attested copies of their certificates. Candidate may report in NIH in one hour before Interview time. After starting of Interview, admission in the same will not be allowed.
