1. Post Name: IT Executive for Placement Office

2. No of Post: 02

3. Job Profile: The incumbent will be responsible for:

a. Mapping students and the processes on the placement software acquired 

b. Developing and integrating add-on software solutions for placement process 

c. Developing workflow solutions on MS office 365 using share point other features of office 365. 

d. Developing basic codes using visual basic and/or functions in Ms Excel, such as VLOOKUP etc.

e. Compile accurate information on student data (Batch profile, CVs, etc.), companies, alumni, etc., for internal and external reporting within the designated timeframe.

f. Maintenance of historical data trends; generates data tables, charts and reports as required; and oversee the quality and integrity of the database.

g. Design, build and maintain Excel or Access-based tracking systems that supports decision data analytics, are visually engaging and highly actionable. 

h. Acquiring newer information related to Companies / Recruiters using online platforms like Linked-In, and other social media platforms.

i. Gathering and analysing market information, trends and industry / sectorial developments in order to help the Placement Office for strategy formulation.

j. Generating link on virtual platforms, like, Ms Teams/Webex/Zoom, etc and managing flow of students for GD & PI during placement process

k. Any other IT based requirement as per need.

4. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent communication skill- Written and oral in Hindi and English Proficient in MS Excel, Access, Word, Power point, Outlook; and ability to quickly learn application of any off the shelf / proprietary software. Research more efficient methods for database management. Experience on Ms Teams/Webex/Zoom platforms

5. Qualification: Engineering degree in relevant branch like IT or Computer Science from a reputed Institute. Master’s degree will be preferred.

6. Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in the relevant field as mentioned in the job profile would be preferable.

7. Remuneration: Monthly Consolidated Remuneration: 45,000/-

8. Tenure: One year. Renewable for another year upon satisfactory performance.
