Educational Qualification: B.Sc
We are looking for motivated individualsinterested in a career in molecular diagnostics for the positionslisted below. Each position in contractual, with an initial appointment period of one year, which may be extended depending on performance and availability of funds.
1. Name of the position: Laboratory Assistant
2. No of Post: 01
3. Consolidated Remuneration [INR] Per Month: 20,000/- + 24% HRA
4. Essential Qualifications:
(1) At least a graduate (B.Sc.) degree in any branch of Life Sciences. (2) Age should not exceed 35 years on the date of advertisement. (3) Working experience of at least one year using molecular biology techniques like DNA/RNA extraction, gel electrophoresis, PCR and PCR-based genotyping, qPCR.
5. Desirable Qualifications:
Knowledge of using computers for record keeping and data analysis. 2. Good communication skill in Bengali, Hindi, and English. 3. Experience of handling clinical samples.
6. Nature of Duty: Preparation of reagents, maintenance of equipment, autoclaving, routine laboratory work including genetic testing of clinical samples following SOPs. 2. Handling of clinical samples. 3. Maintenance of referral database and laboratory inventory.
