ICMR-National Institute of Malaria Research will conduct walk-in-interview / written test for the full time post of Consultant (Stores) and Consultant (Accounts) tenable at ICMR- NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MALARIA RESEARCH, Sector-8, Dwarka, New Delhi, on contract basis, initially for a period of one year on a fixed consolidated salary per month as per ICMR Guidelines and Ministry of Finance, Dept of Expenditure, OMF No. 3-25/2020-E.IIIA Dated 09.12.2020 as amended from time to time.

1. Post Name: Consultant (Stores)

2. Essential Criteria: Retired Govt. Employees having more than 15 years of administrative experience in the Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- (Pay Level 7 as per 7th CPC) and should have a three years bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University

3. Desirable Criteria: Retired Government employees having administrative experience in the Grade Pay of Rs. 5400(Pay Level-10 as per 7th CPC) and above. Sound knowledge of TDS & GST. Sound knowledge of General Financial Rules, 2017, procurement of Goods and Services and allied matters. Good command over English language. Knowledge of computer applications (MS-Word/PPT/Excel) etc.

4. Work Responsibilities: To Assist the Stores Section in day- to- day activities of procurement of Goods & Services. To verify the contingency advance/adjustment bills received from different field units of NIMR. To prepare the Tender Documents for procurement of Goods and Services. To prepare the reply of the Audit paras pertaining to the Store Section of NIMR.

2. Essential Criteria: Retired Govt. Employees having more than 15 years of finance/accounts experience in the Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- (Pay Level 7 as per 7th CPC) and should have a three years Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.

3. Desirable Criteria: Retired Government employees from CAG/CGA/CGDA having finance/accounts experience in the Grade Pay of Rs. 5400(Pay Level-10 as per 7th CPC) and above. Sound knowledge of Govt. accounting procedure/GFR. Good command over English language. Knowledge of computer applications (MS-Word/PPT/Excel) etc

4. Work Responsibilities: To undertake the work of Internal Auditor. Verification of fixation of pay on appointment/promotion/, verification of pension/revision of pension etc. To assist in all taxation (Income tax/TDS/GST) compliance, complying with statutory requirement of maintenance and presentation of accounts. To check contingency bills.
