Eligibility Criteria (In-Depth)

1. Data & Analytics Lead

• Educational Qualification: B.Tech./M.Tech/M.S./PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field. An advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 8+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or quantitative research, including at least 3 years leading analytics initiatives.
• Essential Skills:
  • Data Engineering: AWS (Informatica 10.5.4, Airflow, Jenkins, Kafka, PySpark/Spark).
  • Data Lake/Warehouse: S3, Redshift/Snowflake, SQL/NoSQL (Postgres, Mongo, Cassandra).
  • BI & Reporting: Power BI.
  • Advanced Analytics: Python/R for ML, NLP, Forecasting.
• Desirable: Certifications (AWS Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer, Power BI), MLOps experience, prior public-sector/government analytics experience.

2. UI/UX Lead

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design from a design institute, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Fine Arts, Visual Design, Visual Communication, or Design Computer Science.
• Experience: 8+ years in UI/UX design with at least 5 years in a senior designer role. Must have worked in large corporations or government IT domains.
• Essential Skills:
  • Design Tools: Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Technical Knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (for developer collaboration).
  • Testing/Analytics: Hotjar, Maze.
  • Design Principles: Mobile-first, Responsive design.
• Desirable: Experience in government/large-scale enterprise platforms, familiarity with Agile/JIRA/Confluence, Diploma/Certification in Interaction Design.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit shall be 55 years as of the closing date of receipt of application (20-02-2025).

Selection Process

This is a Direct Recruitment process. The stages are:
