Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) is a statutory authority of Ministry of Railways and has been duly constituted in terms of the Extraordinary Gazette Notification dated 31.10.2006. The mandate of RLDA is to generate revenue through long-term leasing of "vacant & surplus Railway Land & air space".

1. Name of Post: Deputy General Manager/Project

2. Scale of pay of the deputation: Dy. General Manager: Level 12 (7th CPC)

3. Number of Posts & Location: 01 At Lucknow

4. Terms of Appointment: Normal deputation terms

5. Eligibility: DGM (Project): Working on analogous posts or a Group A or Group B Gazetted officer working on regular post in Level 12/ Level II from Civil Engineering Cadre of Indian Railways/Central Govt./ State Govt./ PSUs of Central Govt. & State Govt./PSEs/Statutory Authorities, having Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture with 6 years of service in Group 'A'/ Group 'B' Or Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architecture with 15 years experience

6. Desirable: Previous experience of financial aspect in Land/ Estate Management.

2. Scale of pay of the deputation: Manager: PB-3 Level II (7th CPC) Assistant Manager: PB-2 Level-9 (7th CPC)

3. Number of Posts & Location: 05 (each at Bangalore, Bhubaneswar. Ahmedabad, Nagpur and Surat)

4. Terms of Appointment: Normal deputation terms

5. Eligibility: 

a) DGM (Project): Manager (Projects): Working on analogous post or Group 'A'/Group 'B' Gazetted officer working on regular posts in Level 10/ Level 09/Level 08 (7th CPC) from Civil Engineering Cadre of Indian Railways/ Central Government/ State Govt./PSUs of Central Govt. & State Govt./ PSEs/Statutory Authorities having Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture with 05 years of service in Group A/Group B, 'OR' Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architecture with 10 years experience.

b) Assistant Manager (Projects): Working on analogous post or Working on regular post in Level-7 (7th CPC) in Civil Engineering Cadre of Indian Railways/Central Govt./ State Govt./PSUs of Central Govt. & State Govt./ PSEs/Statutory Authorities having Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture with 03 years of service. 'OR' Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Architecture with 05 years experience.

6. Desirable: Experience of working in organization/area connected with Land Management. Experience in Tendering work. Knowledge of Computer.

a) Working on analogous posts or Group'A7Group 'B' officer working on regular posts in Level 10/ Level 09/Level 08 (7th CPC) from Electrical Cadre of Indian Railways/ Central Government/ State Govt./PSUs of central Govt. & State Govt./PSEs/ Statutory Authorities having Degree in Electrical Engineering with 05 years of service in Group 'A'/Group 'B' or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 10 years experience.

b) Assistant Manager (Electrical): Working on analogous post or Working on regular post in Level-7 (7th CPC) in Electrical Cadre of Indian Railways/Central Govt./ State Govt./PSUs of Central Govt. & State Govt./ PSEs/Statutory Authorities having Degree in Electrical Engineering with 03 years of service, 'OR' Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 05 years experience.
