Rashtriya Raksha University invites an expression of interest for a highly fulfilling and satisfying assignment of Administrative Officer (Contractual Post) in the School of Integrated Coastal and Maritime Security Studies (SICMSS) from the interested candidate.

1. Position: Administrative Officer (Contractual)

3. Educational Qualification & Experience

a) A candidate having 55% marks in a Master’s degree from a recognized University.

b) Minimum three years experience in relevant field or administration preferably in academic research institute setup/ Government/Semi-Government/ Public or Private Enterprise/Firms;

c) Or a candidate having 55% marks in Bachelor’s degree from recognized University with Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field or administration preferably in academic research institute setup/ Government/Semi Government/ Public or Private Enterprise/Firms

5. Contract Period: 364 days

6. Other desirable Qualification:

a) Proven record of integrity, honesty, maintenance of confidentiality and devotion to services; ability and commitment for long working hours and week-ends / holidays and professional commitment to meet deadlines under stressful conditions essential;

b) Professional competence includes knowledge of the functioning of academic/research institution;

c) Knowledge of academic and administrative regulations and rule;

d) Ability to work with government and academic departments and offices;

e) Fluency in English is essential;

f) Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

g) Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills;

h) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;

i) Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software;

Selection Procedure

The short-listed candidates will be called for interviews (online/offline as per prevailing Covid-19 situation) after a due screening of the applications in the last week of May 2022
