1. Position: Assistant Manager/ Executive/ Trainee
2. Location: Various Locations across India.
3. Profile: Overall branch operations including business sourcing and recovery. Job profile will be allotted based on Company’s requirement and selected candidate’s skill set/ aptitude.
4. Eligibility: Preference will be given for experience in HFCs/ Banks/ FIs/ NBFCs in Home Loan. For position of Assistant Manager, minimum 3 years of prior experience is mandatory.
5. Desired Profile:
a) Any Graduate preferably B Com (necessarily preceded by SSLC (or equivalent) and HSC/ Diploma) with minimum 50% marks from a UGC recognized University. Graduates from Open University will not be considered.
b) Fluency in respective regional language (read, write & speak) besides English is must. Working knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
c) Early joining will be preferred.
d) For recruitment in all cadres, candidates external applying having pending disciplinary action against them at the time of applying for the position or having been punished under disciplinary proceedings in last 5 years will not be considered eligible. All appointments are subject to satisfactory reference / background verification.
e) No request for transfer would be considered for a period of 3 years.
f) RHFL Internal candidates are not eligible to apply.
Pay Scale:
INR
9500 - 24300(Per Month)

Selection Procedure
1. The short listing will be done as per the prescribed criteria and as per management discretion depending upon the number of applications received. The shortlisted candidates shall be called for further selection process subsequently.
2. The date & venue & mode of the same will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates individually in due course.
3. The Company reserves the right to accept/reject any/all applications and/ or modify any of the eligibility conditions without assigning any reason or even abandon the recruitment process.
4. The Company also reserves the right to offer suitable cadre/emoluments to candidates as per its own discretion depending on profile, past experience and performance in the selection process etc.
