Educational Qualification:
Zonal Heads (Retail Banking): Minimum 3 years’ experience as Zonal/ Cluster Head in any Bank/NBFC. The applicant will be responsible for managing and growing the Retail Banking business of the branches in the assigned Zone by coordinating with Branch Managers and allied departments.

Branch Managers - (Marketing & Operations): Minimum 2 years’ experience as Branch Manager in any Private Banks/Small Finance Bank or Reputed Co-operative Bank.

Branch Operations Manager (Marketing & Operations): Minimum 2 years’ experience in branch banking. The applicant should have handled branch operations in supervisory cadre including customer service, sales, compliance with regulations and policies, etc.

AML & KYC Onboarding Officials: Minimum 3 years’ of Banking experience in onboarding function with knowledge of KYC compliance & guidelines and familiarity with AML & Risk awareness.

Credit Administration Officials (CAD): Minimum 3 years’ experience in credit administration. The applicant should have handled documentation, follow-up of pre and post monitoring disbursal conditions and pending security documents, tracking of various regulatory/credit monitoring.

Product Managers (Digital/ Non-Digital): Minimum 3 years’ experience in handling digital/ non-digital loan products (Car loan, Loan Against Property, Housing loan, Business loan, etc.) including conducting market research for new functionalities, evaluating the product performance, regulatory compliances, driving sales and business growth, initiating lead management, designing products as per market research etc.

Credit Underwriters (Digital/ Non-Digital): Minimum 3 years’ experience in sanctioning digital/ non-digital loan products such as Car loan, Loan Against Property, Housing loan.

Relationship Managers (Credit Profile): Minimum 2 years’ experience in analysis & appraisal of credit proposals or general proposals pertaining to the unit. Managing relationships with customers and sourcing new business.

Business Development Managers (DSA-Business): Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing & leading a team for achieving sales/marketing targets and expanding business through DSA’s.

Business Development Managers (Third Party Sales): Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing & leading a team for expansion of business growth for Third Party Products (Insurance, Mutual funds, etc.).

Deputy Managers (Credit Evaluation Department): Minimum 2 years’ experience in assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers, conducting due diligence, understanding their business model, etc. Candidates with technical background will be preferred.

Deputy Managers (Customer Acquisition): Minimum 2 years’ experience in converting leads to build a pipeline for various retail products like Home Loan, Loan Against Property, Car Loans, etc. using digital, call centre and customer profile segregation tools.
