7. Criteria, Eligibility (Qualifications, Experience: Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Autonomous or Statutory Organization or Public Sector Undertakings or University or Recognised Research Institution; holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or With 5 years service rendered after appointment to the post on a regular basis in the Level-6 in the pay matrix ( Rs. 35400-112400/-) or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; and (b)possessing the following education qualifications and experience: Diploma in Photography or Cinematography from a recognised University or Institution. Minimum five years experience in Photography(Color or Feature)

8. Note: The Departmental Cameraman in Level-5 in the pay matrix (Rs. 29200-92300) with five years of regular service in the grade _and possessing the educational qualification prescribed for deputationist will also be considered along with outsiders. If the departmental candidate is selected for appointment to the post, it shall be treated as havina baen filled bv nromotion

(c) Details of Major and Minor penalties for the last 10 years, and

(d) Certificate(s) of Integrity, Vigilance and Cadre Clearance (in separate sheet) may please be forwarded through proper channel to this Academy by 17/12/2021.
