Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI) is an autonomous Institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt. of India. The institute is an integral part of the interdisciplinary NCR Biotech Science Cluster located at Faridabad, and is designed as a dynamic, interactive organization with the mission to conduct innovative translational research and to develop research collaborations across disciplines and professions to translate concepts into products to improve human health.

RECRUITMENT NOTICE NO. : THS/RN/06/2022

1. Post Name: Senior Technical Assistant

2. No of Post: 01

3. Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Ph.D degree any branch of Life Sciences from the recognized University. OR M.Sc degree in any branch of Life S qualification experience in the relevant field. Experience in molecular biology, protein purification and extraction

4. Desirable Qualification & Experience/Job Responsibilities : Basic knowledge of biochemical molecular biology. Preference will be given if have experience of pseudoviruses, immunological techniques, luminometric immune assays, protein purification and extraction.

5. Monthly emoluments: Rs. 55,000/-

1. Post Name: Computer Programmer Grade B

2. No of Post: 01

3. Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Master's degree in Computer Application/lnformation Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized Institution/University. OR in Engineering/Computer Computer Science/ Computer Technology/lnformation Technology or equivalent from a recognized Institution/University with post qualification two years experience in relevant areas of programming or information system in Government, Autonomous, PSU, etc., recognized organisations.

4. Desirable Qualification & Experience/Job Responsibilities: To perform statistical programming such as STATA, R or python. He/she will assist the data analyst and data scientist in epidemiological and biomarker data analysis. Assist Data Manager to develop Case Recording form and to coordinate and work with Clinical Management team

1. Post Name: Project Technical Officer

2. No of Post: 01

3. Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor degree in any discipline with five years of post-qualification experience in project management/ sound knowledge of finance /administrative management. OR Master degree in any discipline with qualification two years post experience in project management/ sound knowledge of finance /administrative management.

4. Desirable Qualification & Experience/Job Responsibilities: The Project Technical Officer is expected to faci litate coordination of the multi-partner, multi-institution, consortia projects supported by the department in partnership with the European Union to enable the development of the "Influenza vaccine for the world". Considering the nature and scale of these projects, an ideal candidate will have following demonstrated qualities:

Should have training, understanding, and knowledge in broader of life areas sciences/biotechnology. Organize regular review meetings make record notes, minutes of the meeting etc. Should be comfortable with managing digital tools eg. virtual meeting platforms, PowerPoint presentations, MS Excel, monitoring dashboards, etc. Manage efficient written verbal communication with and the

3. Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Graduate degree in Computer Science/Information Technology /Computer Application from a recognized University. OR Graduate degree in any stream from a recognized University with one year post-qualification experience in Data Management. Proficient in handling and analysing data on excel workbooks.

4. Desirable Qualification & Experience/Job Responsibilities: Receiving CRFs from clinical operations team. Transcribe the clinical data from the case recording forms. Feed the biorepository data into the common database. Maintain accountability of received CRF pages. Performing accurate data entry into the database .Performing query management as per protocol requirement for electronic data capture system

1. Post Name: Laboratory Assistant

2. No of Post: 01

3. Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor of Science or equivalent from a recognized University.

4. Desirable Qualification & Experience/Job Responsibilities: The experience should be in working in the animal house and wet lab, autoclaving, preparation of media and reagents, knowledge of handling and discard of bio-waste. Preference will be given to prior experience in lab animal feeding and general routine work in small lab animal house

5. Monthly emoluments : Rs. 20,000/-
