Duties And Functions of Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation is divided into 2 sections: Obligatory Duties and Discretionary Duties.

They constructed, maintenance and clean drains and drainage works for public clear water closets, urinals and similar conveniences, provide acquisition and maintenance of public hospital and dispensaries including hospital, for the isolation and treatment of persons suffering or suspected to be infected with a contagious or infectious disease and carrying out other measures necessary for public medical relief and so on.
