Educational Qualification: Inter-University Centre for Astronomy and Astrophysics (IUCAA) is an autonomous body established under section 12(ccc) of the UGC Act, 1956 in 1988 with the objective of promoting nucleation and growth of active research in the areas of Astronomy and Astrophysics at Indian Universities. 2. The Director of the Centre will be an eminent scientist with vision and foresight to provide necessary leadership to the Centre. The Director will be the Executive Authority of the Centre and shall be responsible for the proper administration and funds of the Centre.

INR

Age Limit: 65 years.
