Applications are invited for the Post of Junior Research Fellow in the Royal Academy of Engineering, UK funded research project in School of Mechanical Engineering (SMEC) Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) - Vellore.
1. Position: Junior Research Fellow
2. Project Title: “Advanced Composite Materials Based Joint Industrial/Academic Curriculum Development for Automotive Sector in India & UK”
3. Number of position : One
4. Duration: 6 Months
5. Essential: M.E/M.Tech. with specialization related to engineering design, CAD/CAM and good academic record.
6. Desirable: Knowledge in Mechanics of Composite Materials, Vibration, Finite element analysis, MATLAB
7. Salary: Rs. 25, 000/-per month.
8. Nature of appointment: Purely on temporary basis
