3. Scale of Pay: Pay Level 9 with higher initial at Rs. 29,800/-, Uniform/Washing and amenity allowances as admissible.
4. Essential: (a) Indian Citizen. (b) Basic B. Sc. (Nursing)/Post Basic B. Sc. (Nursing) course passed from any Nursing Training SchoolCollege of Nursing recognized by both Indian Nursing Council and respective State
Nursing Council. (c) Registration from West Bengal Nursing Council. (d) Knowledge of Bengali/Nepali-Spoken and Written.

Selection Procedure
A candidate should verify from the notified eligibility criteria to ascertain whether he/ she is eligible for submission of application. The condition prescribed cannot be relaxed. The recruitment will be made by selection, but where if a large number of applications are received, as a result of Advertisement, the Board may, for the purpose of short-listing, hold a preliminary examination.
N.B.: 1. Short listing of candidates may be made before the Interview on the basis of academic scores or on the basis of written test (if decided later) or both.
2. Candidate has to upload all the relevant documents (wherever applicable) while applying in the website.
