Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Research Assistant: B.Sc. with MLT (DMLT / CMLT / ADMLT, etc.) or Higher.
• Applicants must be fluent in English communication.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in Histology Laboratory, manual immunohistochemistry, and/or genomic methods such as RNA-ISH, PCR, FISH, etc.
• Experience with healthcare project management / Clinical Trial management, including basic understanding of ethics and Good Clinical Practices.
• Proficiency in standard tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Calendar, and meeting platforms including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
• Fluency in English communication is mandatory.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Candidates must report to the designated venue on 14 October 2026 between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM for registration.
• Selection will be based on direct Walk-In Interview followed by document verification.
• If the number of eligible candidates exceeds the permissible limit, a screening written test may be conducted prior to the interview.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be interviewed.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Walk-In Interview.
