Consultant (Content Writer) – Post Code 01

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or English Literature from a recognised university. OR Bachelor's degree in any stream with Master's degree in Mass Communication / Journalism.
• Required Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in content writing, copywriting, or editorial roles within reputed organisations, agencies, or digital platforms. Experience in long-format content, script for audio-visuals, social media articles, blogs, advertising, and marketing collaterals. Strong academic background with excellence in written and verbal English communication.

Consultant (Graphic Designer) – Post Code 02

• Essential Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any stream with Advanced Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, or related disciplines from a recognised university.
• Required Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in strategic understanding of brand design and creative direction. Experience in leading design projects or managing a creative team. Strong portfolio highlighting versatility, conceptual thinking, and design leadership.

Consultant (Video Editor) – Post Code 03

• Essential Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any stream with Diploma or Degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or Animation from a recognised university.
• Required Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience as a Video Editor in a professional setup – preferably in TV media, advertising, digital media, broadcasting, or a creative agency environment. Experience with social media videos, brand films, promotional videos, event coverage, interviews, documentaries, and corporate communications content.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection process for AAI Consultant Recruitment 2026 will be based on academic qualifications and experience, followed by document verification and a personal interview. Candidates who meet the minimum eligibility criteria and possess the required 5–8 years of relevant experience will be shortlisted for the interview.

Contract Duration & Working Conditions

• Leave is allowed at the rate of 1.5 days per completed month of service. Un-availed leave cannot be carried forward or encashed.
• The monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,20,000/- is on an all-inclusive basis.
